Cannot MISS this!!!!
If you are in austin and have been on my podcast you probably know about Pouch 6 studios where I record the podcast, they are changing there membership policy and are not allowing me to roll over hours anymore. I have a ton of hours that are piling up and will eventually go to waste that I would like to be used by someone.

If you want to record in a nice studio and get 4k multicam video/audio at the membership price let me know, would love to at least make my cost back but if you need the studio either way happy to work something out and offer it to readers at a steep discount.
If you guys have an apple watch or track your daily excercise the rings on apple fitness can get addicting. I havnât been consistent for quite a while but in september I got almost 30 straight days of reaching my daily fitness goals,

Can I make it another month? trying to finally get on the weight loss and health train, would love to get any tips you have on staying consistent and not letting this become a chore but still keeping it fun.
On episode 35 I had the pleasure of talking to Ryan Atkinson

I first met Ryan at The Board Walks in Austin, he currently is the podcast host for the UpFlip Podcast and also the founder/CEO of Spacebar Visuals. He also had a podcast before that he has done over 100 episodes for (The Business Cloud).
What we talked about on the episode?

Livestream and building out a process
I have been hosting this podcast since December 2023, recorded 44+ episodes, of which 37 are now live, created podcast feeds, youtube channel, instagram, facebook and tiktok (been banned as well), all of this required a lot more post production and management then I thought.
Sara Loretta founder of _systms had me on her livestream series #BuildWithMe where we walked through production process any bottlenecks and pain points I was having and helped me create a system in Notion to tackle all of these problems.
She is awesome to work with and would recommend setting up a time to chat with her if there are any operational bottlenecks in your business.
Subscribe to her channel here.

Next up, bookmarks I saved this week worth reading
This Linked In post by Rowan Cheung talks about all the AI tools he uses in his daily workflows. This reminded me of how fast and how much AI is changing things on a daily basis, I feel lost with the amount of new tools and tech to try. Is anyone else overwhelmed? I keep reminding myself that I just need a tool to solve my problem and it doesnt have to be the best tool
This post from Tal Raviv who was just on Lennys Podcast talks about how he uses chat gpt to take a PRD (Product Requirements Document) and turns it into actionable stories and tickets for the team to work on. Would love to see if anyone has tried something similar and what there experience has been.
AI aggregator tool - if you want to see what is the latest and greated with AI there is an aggregator site that does this and also displays user feedback on the site, I would call this the product hunt for AI.
Thanks for reading my bookmarks
Events I am organizing or excited to attend.
Nothing exciting this week, but will link some really good events next week.
Feedback from first issue
Sara recommended I add photos and break up the long text - Did I do better this time? Let me know by replying to this email
Justin recommended I add more thoughts on the episode I am covering - Did not do that this issue, but will try next week - keep my accountable
Thatâs all I have for this week
And don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube if this gave you any value. You'll get new entrepreneurial stories every week. Thanks
Email me here if you want to share any feedback, or recommend a guest you think would be good on the show.
